Boucherie Fabre is the oldest butcher in the south of France (est. 1899) and is a world class butcher specialising in sourcing and supplying the best quality meat available here in France and around the world.

We specialise in dry-aged beef, rare breeds, international, organic and seasonal produce from award-winning farms and producers. As well as sausages of all types: Lincolnshire, Cumberland, Boerewors, Breakfast, Merguez
