Le Coin des Chefs – Antibes Bresaola and Pancetta tasting


Thanks to Didier from Le Coin des Chefs for showing me around your warehouse on outskirts of Antibes yesterday.. had a small tasting of his Galician Bresaola and Pancetta.. The Pancetta was packed with flavour and both I am sure would be a big hit with your owner or guests or why not spoil your crew mates???..

Didier has a butcher based onsite so can cut it to whatever thickness/thinness you want and its all nicely packed in breathable layers so easy to peel off each layer..
