Christophe Vercelli, butcher for 20 years, is the creator of l’Effet Boeuf, a butchery / bistro concept that opened in the village of Biot in 2017. His catalog of organic French meats of the most famous breeds, his know-how, the respect of the ethical values of the animal and the environment, the traceability and the total transparency of his products, ensure a high-end service which will delight the taste buds of the most demanding gourmets.
In March 2019, he created “Effet Boeuf Yachts” – Bio Butcher for yachts: a new service for yachts, unique on the Côte d’Azur. Delivery service dedicating to the yachts needs, 7/7 d, refrigerated truck, catalog of certified AB (Organic Agriculture) French meats but also prestigious international meats such as Kobe beef, Black Angus or Galicia, or home-matured organic French meats.
With Julie Cordier, passionate about customer relations and experienced with web marketing tools, they developed the merchant website www.effetboeufyachts.com, the first online organic meat sales website, dedicating to the yachting industry. This online platform allows yacht chefs and provisioning agencies to order directly these exceptional products.
